01Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
02Services
We provide hosting services including:
- Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
- Game Server Hosting (Minecraft and more)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
03Account Responsibility
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account
04Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree NOT to use our Services for:
- Illegal activities under Indian or international law
- Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Spamming or sending bulk unsolicited messages
- Phishing, fraud, or scam-related activities
- Hosting pirated content, torrents, or copyright-infringing material
- Crypto mining or excessive resource abuse
- Unauthorized game server exploitation or abuse
- Any activity that disrupts our network or other users
⚠️ Warning: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violations.
05Payments & Billing
- All services are prepaid
- Failure to pay on time will result in immediate suspension of Services
- Prices are subject to change at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance of updated pricing
06Refund Policy
⏱️ 36-Hour Limited Refund Window
Refunds are only applicable if requested within 36 hours of purchase. Certain services may be non-refundable at our discretion.
07Service Availability (Uptime)
We aim to provide 99% uptime. However, uptime is not guaranteed and may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.
08Data & Backups
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups
- MossCloud is not responsible for data loss under any circumstances
09Resource Usage
Users must not exceed allocated CPU, RAM, bandwidth, or storage limits. Excessive usage may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of Services.
10Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account:
- Immediately for non-payment
- Immediately for abuse or violation of these Terms
- After warning for general policy violations
You may cancel your Services at any time.
11Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MossCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
12Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
